The vehicle was in good condition and the ride was good. However, I have a few points to share. The driver demanded cash for fuel and was rash in driving.

The experience with gaadibooking was not good this time. We hired a minibus from Bengaluru to uducherry and return to Bengaluru. Our journey started well, but while returning driver detour the way from actual way and it costs us around 100 km extra. We tried to get this sorted after we reached Bengaluru, but they were just putting us on wait mode for resolution. We had to talk to 3 different guys for getting the resolution. They were not agreeing to our points. Finally, they were coming with new things like your journey trip would be started from travellers office location, instead of your home location. Bus owner came up with the point that road was bad for traveling, so we took the detour without informing the customer. After this lame excuses, they agree to decrease 70 km in the overall meter distance. Very bad experience with gaadibooking this time.
