Kuldew cheated on us It was very unprofessional, I will never suggest to anyone This was the worst experience I ever had I booked a Innova Crysta around a month before my trip and we agreed for some price, And just before a day I messaged them for car and driver details then he said they don't have Crysta they told me after I asked for the details of they really have problem with the crysta they should have told me before, at least 2 days so, I can plan for another but after I asked they told me, And they said they have 2009 Innova for same price per km and gave me some minimal discount if I'm not ok if you are not ok then you cancel with us how can he say at just 10 hours before the trip And asked for good conditioned new car they don't even have any how come a car rental service who doesn't have single proper car Finally I opted for the old 2009 innova for same price because I don't have any other option and we also asked for driver can at least speak Hindi they didn't even do that driver can only speak they local language but is ok we had some issue while in trip because of language problem Overall it was a worst experience with kuldew
