3. Are the Parking, state permits and tolls included in the final amount?

- No. The charges for tolls, state permits and parking are dynamic and so needs to be paid extra as per actual. It will not be included in invoice.

4.Do I need to pay additional driver allowance?

- Driver day allowance will be included in the total final bill. If your trip includes night stay, Driver night allowance of 300 per night to be paid in cash to driver.

5. When do I get booking confirmation and the cab details?

- As soon as you book your rental cab on GaadiBooking.com, you will be receiving the booking confirmation via email and/or SMS. Please make sure that you enter correct email and mobile number. As soon as a car owner accepts the ride, you will get details of driver.

6. Do I need to have an account to book a ride?

- Yes, you can simply sign up by entering your name and mobile number to create your GaadiBooking account

7. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site? Do you store my card number and details?

10. How do I cancel my booking? What are the charges?

- You can cancel the booking by log in into your account on GaadiBooking.com or by clicking the cancellation link provided in the booking information sent to you via email. Cancellation is free of cost and you can cancel a ride before 6 hours of your travel date and time

11. What if the car shows up late?

- We recommend you to speak to driver as soon as you get his details. In case driver is not reachable or not answering your call, please contact service provider/ cab owner. Alternatively you can select Change Cab option.

12. Does the driver aware of all tourist places?

- Yes. All the registered cab owners with GaadiBooking are local. And for your further assurance we have also provided a unique feature of connecting you directly with driver before confirming your booking. So you can use the call to driver feature on GaadiBooking app and get all the desired clarification directly from cab owner before confirming your booking.

13. What happens if I want to change the destination or duration of my trip after I have booked taxi?

-You can directly contact service provider in such situations. Use the call to service provider feature on GaadiBooking app and get the desired amendments as per your mutual consent. All our service providers are very happy to help and accommodate your request with best efforts.

14. What should one do in case of an accident?

-In the unlikely case of an accident, the traveller must connect with the service provider /cab owner directly. GaadiBooking platform is a marketplace with helps you connect with the cab owners directly to hire cab from them.

15. What safety measures do you offer for your clients?

-Driver cannot start a trip without entering OTP received by customer.
-Entire billing is automated and transparent
-We provide you a tracking link which you can share with your family and friends.
-All our registered cab owners have valid insurance, fitness certificate and t-permits
-Upon expiry of any important document the system doesn’t allow cab owner to accept any bookings offers

20. I have not received any confirmation mail or booking ID from your side. What should I do?

-As soon as you book a ride, you will receive booking details through SMS/email. In case you haven’t received any SMS or mail, please check the bookings details on GaadiBooking App or web in MyBookings section. If you have not selected your Cab (Service Providers ) then booking is not confirmed so please ensure that you have selected your service provider.

21. Do you provide a self- drive cars?

-No. GaadiBooking platform doesn’t offer the facility of booking self drive cars. All the cabs provided by service provider are with driver.

22. Can I do a last minute booking and still get an assured cab?

-Yes, you can book any cab 4 hours prior of your pick-up time. However, the actual confirmation is given based on the availability of the cab at the required location and time. Also, for better assistance on your immediate requirement, you are requested to check our GaadiBooking app.

23. What is outstation car rental?

-Basically outstation is a round trip return journey.

24. Can I travel to multi-cities?

-Yes, While booking there is an option to add multiple cities.

25. Do I have to pay more if I travel to additional city?

-No. The entire billing depends on kilometres included in an itinerary. If the kilometres exceeds than the kilometres included in an itinerary then you will be charged only for those additional kilometres and not for additional city. However any change in the plan or cities to be visited needs to be mutually agreed between you and service provider/cab owner.

26. Will I get a professional driver?

-Yes. All the drivers and cabs are verified and certified.

27. Can I extend my journey?

-Yes. You can extend your journey provided the cab owner agrees and is available. However any change in the plan or cities to be visited needs to be mutually agreed between you and service provider/cab owner.

28. Which types of cars are available on GaadiBooking.com?
